THOUGHT - MAN'S MIND

Scripture Reading - Luke 5:22

But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, he answering said unto them, What reason ye in your hearts? KJV

In our previous lesson we concluded that one can know the Voice of God by the proven methodology of precise comparison to the Holy Bible with the heart of God (His Love) as the motivation. This basically means when the spirit of God’s Love is our inspiration the truth of God’s Word should be our explanation of how to use (implement) His Great Love. In this article we will focus on knowing your own voice to understand the big difference between God and you. Yes, I know that many people hear voices and we understand that the voices unheard by the natural ear are “thoughts”. We often create our own “thoughts” by reading, studying and/or holding conversations with others that we rehearse in our mind, sometimes immediately and sometimes later. The scripture reference calls this “reasoning in your heart”. So with this understanding it will be easy to separate the voice of God from your own voice. Why?, because the voice of God is always derived from His Holy written word where as the voice of your own spirit is always derived from your own heart. People can try to make this complicated but the principle is pretty simple. If you have an exact replication of God’s Word in the spirit of His Love it is the Lord speaking to you. This will be a fresh thought, the right ideal, a voice of inspiration as opposed to the human reasoning that is common among men. You will know yourself because you have had a lot of practice (experience) with what you normally (commonly) think and say. I always know the sound of my own voice just like I know the difference between when I am speaking to someone else or that someone else is speaking to me. So it is with God, if you know the truth that same truth you know will set you free. It is not about a system it is completely about knowing Him. Our Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus are living beings that know your voice, you must understand that you are created special before God, so knowing yourself should be easy with God’s wisdom. If you don’t know your normal tendencies and traits pay more attention to your own words and actions so that you will not be a mystery to yourself. So don’t be fearful about discerning the voice of God, purpose only to know God’s Word on an intimate level and then you will recognize God’s holy “thoughts”. Jesus is and will always be the truth of God speaking to your heart and you will always be in awe of His Wisdom because you certainly know it was not from your own “thoughts”. The voice of your own spirit will always sound like you and the Voice of God will always sound like the Word of God written in the Holy Bible. Amen!
